Modebase is a wardrobe infrastructure layer: the structured memory of your wardrobe that your own AI assistant can read and write. If you have a question, hit a problem, or want to report something, we read every message.

Email support@modebase.co and we’ll get back to you, usually within two business days. It helps to include the email on your account and, where relevant, a screenshot of what you’re seeing.

Common questions

• Your photos and data. How we handle your photos and personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
• Billing. Modebase is one-off render packs, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. The packs and how they are billed are covered in our Terms.
• Refunds. Our refund policy is here: Refunds.
• Deleting your account. You can delete your account and your data from settings in the app. Email us if you’d like a hand.

Connected assistants (ChatGPT, Claude)

If you’ve connected Modebase to ChatGPT or Claude and something isn’t working, email support@modebase.co and tell us which assistant you’re using and what you asked. You can disconnect a connected assistant at any time from your connections settings.
